R. (PG is too often a cookie cutout of the same ridiculous plot. PG-13 seems to be what the smart, funny movies are shooting for these days.)

Charcoal. Maybe it's a leftover from childhood, but I really think stuff cooked over charcoal tastes better than stuff cooked over gas.
