i am at that point of the game where I am thinking about buying a Repossessed Speak Easy. Poor on the number of case files but good space for objects, cheap to buy and 2 bonus stats.
But i'm not a wealthy man and need partners. Therefore this is an open invite for 4 detectives each bringing $1200 into the deal.
I am Smart and Charming (So the game says). I have fair relations with Nosta and I'm on hard or Intermediate cases.
Contact me in this post or private message if interessed.
Suggestions for the name are also welcome!

Hi everyone! Sorry it took me so long to post; I've spent the last 7 hours or so just READING all the posts!
Here's the deal: I'm pretty rich, so I can cover however much money you need me to. I don't mind. I'm in good with the Order, and I have the Banker as a contact. I like the idea of having an odd number of directors in case of a tie on some issue. If some of you are running short on cash, I can put in extra to cover the cost of starting up the warehouse. Just let me know how much you want me to put in!

Oh yeah, and I like the idea of giving the agency an NYC name. Negasong, could you maybe post a few ideas and tell us what they would mean and then we could pick one from those?

If you're willing to allow me to, I'd love to be a rookie and eventually get promoted to agent and/or officer. I can spare the $500 plus whatever rent is needed from me. Just lemme know if it's okay if I join.

Hi All,
Okay, so in the interest of getting things moving, here is my proposal. I say that for right now let's go with the odd number of director idea, with Emily as an officer, with the understanding that she will be promoted to Director as soon as we find someone suitable as her replacement. So, for starters, I need $3,000 from both Flashman and KEhleyr1, and $1,000 from Emily. Once the Agency has been formed, then other people can join by sending me their $500 or $1,000 or whatever which I will put in the Agency safe. The directors then can each take their small reimbursement back (ie: $500 would be $166 each). I think this way is better so that I'm not waiting to get money from 15 different people before we can officially open our doors. Also keep in mind, all agency members must be subscribers - they must be able to work on 8 cases a day. So for Yogi and Miss Wiles, just sit tight for a day or two, let us get things rolling, and then you will be invited to join.

I tried posting a list of neighborhoods so we could pick a name, and I got logged off before I could finish. I think it's better if we decide on an image and then I'll come up with some options.

Okay, emily is out.
That leaves just the thre directors and a couple of Agents.
To open the doors it's going to have to be that the directors each put in $3334. the agent cash can go in the safe and be collected.
We are still missing a name. I think for a detective agency a street smart kind of area would be about right. Yes/No?

Street smart sounds good, maybe even a little gritty. I'm putting in my $3334 now...

Okay, street smart it is:
1)Tomkins Square Agency
2)Alphabet City Agency
3)Ludlow Street Agency
4)Lower East Side Agency
5)Mulberry Street Agency
6)Stanton Street Agency
7)Essex Agency
I can post more, but let's see if you like any of these
