i am at that point of the game where I am thinking about buying a Repossessed Speak Easy. Poor on the number of case files but good space for objects, cheap to buy and 2 bonus stats.

But i'm not a wealthy man and need partners. Therefore this is an open invite for 4 detectives each bringing $1200 into the deal.

I am Smart and Charming (So the game says). I have fair relations with Nosta and I'm on hard or Intermediate cases.

Contact me in this post or private message if interessed.

Suggestions for the name are also welcome!

Hey Mark,
Heard back from dragonlady - she says she doesn't play enough and would be a liability, so she's out, KEhleyr1 said she's in, so I'll IM her, and you said emily's in - is she good with the price?
Also, we have to come up with a name. We could name it after the directors, but that would be a pain in the butt if we want to add another director later. My suggestion would be to name it after a New York neighborhood or landmark, since the game takes place in New York. This could also give us an "image" ie: "Washington Square Agency" would denote "artsy/bohemian", Tompkins Square Agency" would denote "tough/gritty/blue collar", "Upper West Side Agency" would denote "rich/snooty" etc. Let me know what you think.

Hey Emily,
The only problem I have with 4 directors, is that if we have to make a committee decision, we could end up in a 2-2 tie. I think an odd number is better, just so we can make majority rules decisions. This is only my opinion - obviously Flashman and KEhleyr1 might have a different opinion than me, or KEhleyr1 might change her mind, in which case, I'm totally fine with you being a director - I just think an odd number would be better than an even one.

Unless we have four directors and an officer who would only vote in "tie breaker" situations...

I hadn't even thought about it that way Nega and I have to agree, 3 would make things easier than 4.

Emily - You are still very welcome as an officer or a director if Kehleyr1 backs out.

I don't know that much about areas of NY, so the naming would be mostly down to you, but I don't have a problem with the principal.

I have a more layed back view of things, are there any areas like that?

What type of image do we want to go for?

Hopefully that's the staffing side of things sorted. Just a name and money transfers to sort.

LOL - no one in New York is laid back. We all live on coffee and cigarettes. Just waiting to hear back from KEhleyr1. I'm okay with Emily being a fourth director, but we're definitely going to have to have an officer who can cast a tie breaker vote if needed, and I would rather it be someone with a little experience.

I don't have a problem with her being a director.

Okay, emily can be a director if between us all we can find one person with around 800-1200 (is that high enough) experience to be the officer.

Sounds good to me - as soon as we hear back from KEhleyr1, with a yay or nay, we'll know how much money everyone has to put in. I think 800 - 1,000 is fine. It would also be nice if we could find someone who is hooked up with Dies Arcanum Brotherhood.
