i am at that point of the game where I am thinking about buying a Repossessed Speak Easy. Poor on the number of case files but good space for objects, cheap to buy and 2 bonus stats.

But i'm not a wealthy man and need partners. Therefore this is an open invite for 4 detectives each bringing $1200 into the deal.

I am Smart and Charming (So the game says). I have fair relations with Nosta and I'm on hard or Intermediate cases.

Contact me in this post or private message if interessed.

Suggestions for the name are also welcome!

I'd be willing to wait for a couple of people to have $2,500 each to score a warehouse - lots more storage and a crime lab as well as low rent, and it has a max of 10 detectives, so if more people want to "buy in" later it leaves us that option (not to mention that 10 people working on a missing treasure case is probably better than 5 - let me know what you think

Sounds call with me.

So change of plan it is. We are going for a Warehouse now.

I now have my share ($2500) to spare.

Just need a couple more people, a name and we are there.

Just realised that although the game says i'm "Smart and Chraming" my actual skills lean more to the Tough/Smart type.

Hey Flashman,
Sounds good to me - I'm pretty close to $5,000 at this point, so soon we might not need a third person - then we can bring aboard people to help with the rent, but they wouldn't be a "director" of the agency, since they didn't provide startup capital (ie: Yogi Beer).

Flashman,
Now that I've read about the differences in agency positions, how do you feel about this - for someone to join as a "rookie" or "agent", they must pay 5% of the total downpayment (ie: warehouse would cost $500 to join plus an equal share of the daily rent - the difference in ranking being rated solely on merit), and an "officer" would have to pay 10% of the downpayment ($1,000 in the warehouse example) and an equal share of the daily rent. Directors would have to pay an equal share of whats left of the downpayment and an equal share of rent (obviously we would have to limit the amount of directors so that we don't get into a situation where it costs a lower rank more to join than a director. Sorry about the length of this post, but I'd like to hear your feedback.

I asked 2 people (KEhleyr1, and dragonlady) if they were interested in joining us - KEhleyr1 is interested and has the money (and good stats), haven't heard back from dragonlady yet - maybe tomorrow.

That should give us about the right number to start out. If Yogi and Emily are in aswell.

We can get more as we go.

How many directors were you thinking?

No more than 4 I would think, but I'm open to suggestions.

Yogi, I'd say you are still a rookie at the moment.

But if you don't 'boo boo' you'll be an agent nice a quick. :) (Sorry, poor joke)
