Elsey walks into the local bar, The Tricky Mister, and asks her old buddy Cyrus to pour her a drink.
"Something girly," she asks him. "Something the boys will laugh at."
She smiles and looks around the room. She thinks about who else might walk into the room tonight. She turns back to her girly drink and waits for Sir James to arrive, as he undoubtedly will at some point.

Elsey smiles on in wonder from the bar. Those few "girly drinks" were starting to go to her head. She was glad to see that her way of passing time had continued on in her absence.

The "girly drinks" had started a Charleston on her temples, which grew worse as the door banged open once more.

"Umm... enlighten us?"

"ABA. Angry. Broke. Armed." Her forehead dropped again. "I hate this job."

"Ooh, there's a story behind this somewhere..."

mrs zane enters bar for a much needed break. It seems crime is way up, not only in NY but all over the world.
She orders a Jack on the rocks and looks around. Oh it seems some young lady is tying one on. Sould she get involved in that? You can't be a detctive without being curious so she slides over and sits next to Majandra. Whats the problem?..........
