When I traveled to Shanghai, I lost one and had to pay $13,000, and the second time I had to pay again but I didn't have any money.

I'm sitting on one right now -I had heard somewhere on the boards (I swear) that shady fees were a bit lower in Shanghai, and camped out there for a bit hoping to score the duty-free get out of jail card. But the price is the same in London.
Anyone else hear this Shanghai thing? Am I way off and actually thinking of Dehli?

I've had about 4 - was so shocked at the price when I went to shady for the 2nd time that I decided I was never going back!! However, I have quit about 30 cases - only solved about 70 - Doh!!
