Which is not possible on a regular hunt. At least I don't think so. Travel would kill you. Even with a travel kit. Seems like if a hunt that goes through Cairo and is finished in two days it should count as two days. Three or more and the - 1 rule would come into play. But that's just my two cents.

With a travel kit a little luck (a lot of luck) you can solve a Cairo hunt in one day with a travel kit:
-0 Travel to NY
-1 SOLVE
-1 Travel to London
-1 SOLVE
-1 Travel to Cairo
-5 SOLVE
-1 Travel to Delhi
-1 SOLVE
11 cases used.
