As per the Noir Newsletter...

We've distributed some new rare prize drops around the broad expanse of *NOIR* Sleuthville. (Noir having a much broader err 'expanse' than Shades lol)

Challenge yourself to find these eye catching, uniquely colour-toned, in-game items. Of course how you challenge yourself with something that is fairly random, is beyond me, but by all means go right ahead :)

Land? Land???? I'm stuck here in the middle of the desert...nothing but sand and bad attitudes in Cairo. If my skill can't get me something nice hopefully my luck is dumb enough to.

Well,it's a big ocean of programming.The items can be anywhere by now.A simple mathematical equation shows there are over 100 possibilities per city...therefore a bit of luck is also required.

How do you find these? Just click around or is there actually something you have to do?

Or must we figure out the mystery ourselves?

... all of these secrets will pop up whislt doing vaguely run of the mill things in Sleuth.
