I am thinking about creating a shameless copy of Serges' great game, I will be posting this on SoM and Noir but I'm not exactly 100% sure which one to do all the voting etc on. Now what I really want to know is if there is interest for this game and if so is there a sleuth or two that can help me out with setting up a league table, counting votes, or something of the like.

I do apologize, I did for one did not realize that Roamie had declined the nomination. I will get him removed from the bracket. As for the rest of you, play nice now! ;-)

Our final group of the first round, and the pairs are as intriguing as ever. Eight powerhouses today, all of them stellar detectives.

First up, we have Evelyn Gardner and Hawkeye Harris. Evelyn's the Energizer Bunny on steroids and gatorade when it comes to Sleuth. Her determination knows no bounds. Not to mention her charm. Hawkeye's a true southern gentleman who always has a sparkle of charisma in his eyes. Hmmm, what to do, what to do....

Up next, we have Lady Jas and Treschaude. I've had the privilege of working with both these ladies. They're both ambitious, hard-working, and dedicated. Lady Jas is a friendly, benevolent, up-front woman. Treschaude is enchanting, mysterious, and warm-hearted.

Now we have a couple of bad boys, Crunchpatty and BadAss. One, the court jester, the other, the court prankster. Both are incredibly intelligent, very nice gentlemen with hearts of gold. Crunch is Sleuth's favorite comedian, and we all look to him to make our day a little brighter (including me). It's a talent that I wish I could do better, so thank you Crunch. Bad Ass is our resident bad boy. He's always ready to zing somebody just when they least expect it. He's made us think, and made us stand up for what we believe. Whom to choose, whom to choose....(Yoyo, you are in SUCH big trouble. ;-)

Finally, we have two heavyweights in Sleuth, Roamie and Ddog. Apparently Roamie has opted to bow out from further consideration in these proceedings, but we appreciate his participation up to now. He's been a dedicated, hard-working detective here at Sleuth, who's always been forthright and honest. Ddog's another hard-working and dedicated detective here at Sleuth who's moved up the ranks very quickly. He's got quite the sense of humor, and seems to have something of a yen for exhibitionism (who knew? ;-).

Good luck to ALL the entrants!! It's been a great first round!! ;-D

Roamie NEVER opted in, so was out from the beginning.

Ddog needs to be placed with another worthy opponant, otherwise it makes your competition abit lop sided.

Sorry for all the confusion folks. Here is the message I sent back on March 12, to Yoyo who was organizing this.

Its nice of you to start this game up. It was alot of fun last year. But I'm not playing anymore and my sub runs out on the 16th. The only reason I'm still subbed now is because someone sent me a gift subscription trying to keep me playing . lol

So I have to decline the nomination. Good luck to you and the game.

I guess this gives Ddog a pass to the next round. Good luck to everyone who is participating.

A special thanks to Miss G who still has my back even though I'm no longer playing.

And Crunchpatty it is so sad to see you are still obsessed with Roamie.

Sorry, that was a hell of a day, my mother had to have an emergency operation. As Roamie has decided to opt out Ddog will move onto the next round by default.

I must urge you all to vote for Evelyn Gardner, who is an Arch Villain Hunter Extraordinaire, apprehending these threats to Sleuthville with determination, flair and (of course) good looks!

I have always found her to be friendly, sweet, and a positive influence on others around her. She is a worthy opponent, an even better ally, and a definite asset to the citizens of Sleuthville.

*Hawkeye lifts his glass in a toast to Evelyn*

Tomorrow will be a day off vore voting in recognition of Easter Sunday. The voting will commence on Monday.

And Auntie if you don't stop pinching my cheeks, then you will have to work a double shift on the Holiday. My cheeks are sore already! ;-)

I feel I should apologise for getting such an easy ride in Round 1!

It seems I'm not the only one averse to parading around in boxer shorts - but I did bite the bullet and did it to my great embarrassment... in front of everyone...

If anyone laughs I shall sulk all week...

Apropos - I thought both Evelyn G & Treschaude looked rather fetching in their bikinis ( I actually blushed) and urge everyone to keep them in the competition. I hear they have quite a treat in store for the evening gown section....
