Curious if this will work...no big if not. But let's see...

A few years ago there was this thing on public radio in Canada, where listeners would send in their ideas to give a proper name to a thing that, while clearly widespread, had no name as yet.

Eg - the thing you slap down on a grocery check out line to separate your groceries from those of the person in line before/after you?

 = condimental divide

the mysterious flabby tissue on the underside of your tricep muscle/upper arm?

 = armajello

that guy who puts shorts on three weeks before anyone else in the middle of march?

 =Panticipation

Sleuthies, I invite you to post either a perfect term for an un-named phenomena, or a phenomena that needs a name.

I'll throw out a couple of the latter:

What is the term for the feeling of sleuthing with 2 FAs?

What is the term for watching a cell phone conversation between two people who are less than fifty yards away from one another?

What is the term for finding money in an article of clothing you haven't worn in a long time?

What is the term for a case you feel pretty sure you're gonna have to quit the minute you check the crime scene when on an Arch Villain hunt?

I've got one that that's an extra special term for a unique thing that happens from time to time here in the wacky, wonderful world of Sleuth.

It's a form of illness, (or minimally, a socially-crippling personality disorder) so anyone who wants to send a teddy bear or a fluffy fluffy hallmark card should think about getting to the mall.

 The word is 'nephitism'.

A condition that compels a process of perpetual retirement and serial replacement of detectives by a single player who enjoys the game but struggles with the social aspects of it, leading them to suggest numerous enhancements for lone wolf detectives who are subscribed. Like the more familiar "Nepotism" it suggests a genealogical relevance, to the extent that what seems random and unique is in fact united by a common bloodline. May eventually lead to in-breeding.

 How about "ellipsistitis"

The habitual use of ellipsis > ... < to the point where... they lose all relevance... as a literary function... and end up looking like your post... has some rare strain of grammatical... small pox.
