okay does anybody know if the witness hints mean anything?

like when it says....johnny hasn't seen or heard anything suspicious

and.......johnny thinks he knows who the killer is

No, the hints do not necessarily mean anything. Sometimes they are right, sometimes they are REALLY wrong.

The one thing you can count on is if they say that Johnny has not seen or heard anything. Then you know that you do not have to waste time questioning them about "seeing something suspicious" becasause the answer will be no.

The reverse is not true. Just because they saw they saw someone "washing blood off of their hands" (as an example) that person might not be the culprit.

You still need to get a false alibi out of them first.

Witness hints can come in useful. I have Surveillance (faction special skill),and it works with ,the witness hint "X thinks he knows who the killer is" or it CAN work with that. (for me it does, anyways) How? You will have to find out :)
