I'd like to add 5 to 10 new favor items to the game. I'm mostly looking for more powerful items (up to +5 bonus), but would consider adding some lower level ones.

If you have any ideas, please post them here.

I would love to see a tougher hat. Maybe a bandanna even.

These are things I haven't seen, but perhpas they already exist: TOUGH: a baseball hat [obviously u couldn't slip that under your sari :s but under your trenchcoat yes.] A switchblade. SMARTS: LOL pocket-protector [lots of negative charm!]and I liked Lina's idea about a Sherlock Holmes novel [even if it was in jest] CHARM: A hip flask. Oh and maybe the people going to/in Holland/Netherlands would like to add Clogs to the shoe items :)

Nothing wrong with digging up the past, in fact I rather have people bump up an old thread, then create a new one with the exact same topic. (How many riddle threads does one need really, hahah.)

However, I am not sure how current Ben's request above actually is at this point. Maybe he is looking for 5 new items, maybe not. But the 5 items that he was asking ideas for at the time, have already been introduced. And then some with the intro of the new cities and then shoes.

My suggestion for a new city = Paris

Paris would be boring and too close to London.

I would like to see Cairo as an appropriate city for tht time period. Lots of possiblities for the Featured Mysteries and another set of names for us to puzzle out.

No, I meant put the items from the store in the game and make them available for detectives to wear. Wouldn't it be cool to have your detective decked out in the official sleuth garments.

South America would be fun also.

But with the time frame we are talking about? I think that the stories for that time revolved around stolen artifacts in Egypt, or the Mob Bosses in Chicago, maybe the growth of San Francisco.

Part of the challenge is to come up with a city that is both relevant at that time, and is an appropriate distance from the other cities in Sleuth for travel. 2 cases away for Cairo from London seems to feel right. But from NY to Chi town? Taking the train across country?
