Her internet died and won't be back for a month; she misses sleuth. So we're going to do a story for her set in Memphis, TN. I'll start and then someone else can pick up the thread.

Here's the beginning:
I walked down the dark street, angrily. The police had taken my case from me. This was the type of thing they wouldn't normally touch with a ten foot pole. But this time was different. The police cheif had looked at my notes, and said, "Good work; we'll take it from here." I had been shown the door. Now as I walked I wondered what to do with the rest of my evening; I had been planning on doing some further investigating. Suddenly a scream filled the air. Without a moment's hesitation I ran towards the sound. Maybe I would get some investigating done after all.

This dame though? Bitter was what you though of when you bit into a lemon. Well maybe that was a good way of thinking of her anyway. But she did need some help so I gave it a whirl.

I paid a boy fifty cents to go to the corner and scream bloody murder while I rifled through the police files for her.

I made it through the lock like it was my grandmothers cookie jar. There the file was laying out for me, I snatched it like a twenty spot on Three Legged Tom.

As I was listening for that scream to come, I wondered what happened to my little irregular. Then just a few seconds late there was the scream I was waiting for. But a girl's voice not a boy's. I tucked the file inside my suit jacket and hoofed it down to see what all the clatter was about.

Big evil LED stole the little girls chocolate. Now who will come to her rescue?

So Leddy stole the Girls chocolate and she went running to Ran, in the darkness Det. Ran thought she was a boy and gave her tweny smackers to scream. The girl went to the corner and screamed, but as she did, a hand came outta the darkness and covered her mouth.

"Stay away from that Detective young lady, or you'll come to a bad end"

*takes off her biomajorbeth costume and continues the story*

Just then the hand released the little girl, who we will call Nikki. Nikki runs back to Ran and this time instead if just taking his money, explains everything, from LED stealing her chocolate to the man in the alley

Ran thinks this might allhave something to do with that case the police stole
