I was offered an information and it was said, that i will find that thing this night on the other side of 23th street, and most of all i payed 500 FOR THAT :)) it's not much, but i'am a beginner, so it's not small either. So was i a fool to do that or i can use this information?

You can use this information to find Lucy's Cabaret. It does have some equipment that you can buy. However, if you start a case before visiting, then you will not be able to find it until you pay again. Other than equipment, it is not helpful for non-subscribed detectives.
