Oh the mystery of "The King of Pop!" The verdict is in & will be revealed at 4PM. Don't you know that Michael is nerveous, because his life is hanging in the balance. I know that I'm nerveous and it has nothing to do with me, except I've admired his talents, just not his life-style. I started this thread, thinking that some would like to share their feelings here about it. Oh well, the world shall soon know. As Texan just shared, this could be Micheal final walk in freedom, as he walks into the courthouse holding him umbrella. One thing about it, there won't be an umbrella needed in prison...ouch.

I was quite shocked by the verdict. Guess that shows when you have alot of money, you can get away with anything. Now he can continue to have his sick obsession with little boys. Ack!

YEAH......Hallejuah! Michael Jackson verdict....
"NOT GUILTY". I couldn't help but cry as they read not guilty on all 10 Counts. I'm thrilled for the family and most of all our, "KING OF POP." Thank goodness for justice and a system that works. I said from the start I felt the Michael's accusers were seeking a fortune from him, and were lying. Thankfully, that's the way the Jury saw it too. I'm glad the Court sent a message, to this family and others seeking money, or "blood from turnips," that they can't use the Criminal Court System, to line their pockets. IT WON'T WORK! Now, I hope this will be a wakeup call for Michael, and that he'll change the way he goes about his life.

I cant say I'm hugely surprised. It just doesnt seem fair though. Clearly something hasn't been right in the neverland ranch, even if only half the stories are true...

I can't say I am surprised, because even without a billion dollar smoke and mirrors type lawyer, these things are hard to proof.

If Michael is guilty or not. I donno, I wasn't in the court room to see the evidence. Or know anything about the evidence that was presented, or present and wasn't allowed to be presented by the judge.

If he is guilty, he should have gone to jail, Michael Jackson or not. If he is not, that he shouldn't. It is very hard for me to lay any judgement from this chair as to what happened or not.

I think the fact that these people wanted money doesn't say very much. People who false accuse want money. People who rightfully so accuse, could also want to have money.

Bottom line I hope no one was abused. And I hope no will get abused. And I sincerely do hope that Michael did not do it. As it would be a crying shame if he went off scot free, and no dammages paid.

Makensie, & Envy, I was typing my message before I saw your replies...lol. I wanted you to know that I wasn't making the statement because of yours...lol. Everyone has opinions and a right to speak out and I certaintly understand your opinions. It's just that I felt strongly from the beginning of the trial that he wasn't guilty because the Mother/Son was lying and trying to line her pockets from greed. Now, I strongly agree that his behavior with children is not right, and he should have been guilty for serving, or allowing children to drink liquior. The Mom seen a golden opportunity to take Michael to the cleaners. She has lied throughout the trial and changed her story several times, so I'm glad she didn't win. I certaintly think he's weird, but he's always been..lol. This should be a wakeup call and hopefully he'll change his behavior after this.

One thing though, Michael Jackson has admitted to like to have sleep over parties with children.
I personally find it over the line. And if Michael Jackson sees as the excuse he thinks like a child, then he should get therapy for that.

I wonder for those sleep over parties...why girls were never allowed?

Regardless of my own opinions on the subject, I really hope that at the very least this will serve as a good smack in the face for Jackson. Maybe this will teach him that he really needs to be careful of his actions, even more so than normal people because he's in the spotlight.

So he wasn't found guilty this time, what happens next time when they bring forward accusers with more credibilty? He can't run forever, especially if he doesn't change his ways.

If he quits now he has a chance of staying out of jail. But after this trial everyone's going to be watching him like a hawk and if he does the slightest thing out of the ordinary he'll be nailed to the wall.

For the sake of the children he calls friends and all of his fans, I really hope he straightens out and maybe grows up a little.

Michael Jackson is a recidivist child molester who is at best mentally and emotionally unstable. His being on the streets is solely because of his money and the only crimes greater than the ones he has committed are those of the parents who allow their children to be alone with him. Both should be in jail, period!

DaRu - I never even assumed that. ;o)
I never wanted to see the King of Pop turned into a monster, and I don't particularly agree with the way prosecution handled the case - namely bringing forward such a monster of a woman. But I also don't beleive he should be allowed to get away with some of the things it was obvious he's done.
*shrug* The case was a mess and in all fairness the verdict was probably appropriate to the way the case was handled. But it still gets under my skin that he got away with EVERYTHING.

If a normal person was accused of giving alcohol to minors they would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, but because he's Michael Jackson he gets away with it...
*sigh*
I guess there was really no good way to end this trial...
