Who is this Lucy character?

Sorry for this undoubtedly common question: I've paid the $500 to find out her location and read a few messages about how she helps you, but I don't know anything else. Where can I find her? I don't know much about the game yet; do I have to physically log in here at night? Will she show up during my next case?

Lucy gives information for the hunt. You can't can't hunt if you're not in an agency.
Only if you are told you need to talk to Big Lucy during a hunt and then see her, will she give information.

She exsists for non-subscribers but she is even more useless. You've worked hard for your cash. I wouldn't reccomend wasting it on Larry the Toe.

Well, at least I know that the cost of living will rise. But I highly doubt that that was worth $500.

No the books are hidden away in different places for each title. They do not rotate around, you have to find each one seperately.
