Who's your favorite singer or band... what kind of music do they play?

Gomez, Asian Dub Foundation, Orbital, Badly Drawn Boy, Panjabi MC, Talvin Singh, Nitin Sawhney ...

All the above are British bands which probably aren't well known across the Atlantic. I particularly like, as you can see from my list, Asian music.

Favorite singer is Chrissy Hynde from the Pretenders, favorite band Crowded House and I like a more recent band from Australia Jet. All would be rock I guess.

When I met my spouse I thought he reminded me of Elvis. He'd curl his lip and say things and use the tone of voice that Elvis did,and was so cute. Though he doesn't look like him, he does remind me of him in lots of ways. OK, earth to DaRu....hehe. Sounds like you and I Makensie are big Elvis fans. Well, I've gotta go, cause Elvis is calling now and telling Baby it's time to go to Bed-di-bye...well, he just said it's way past time...lol. Hey, it's only 12:37, but as the song goes, "Don't be cruel", so I won't. Goodnight all.
