ok i need some help i dont know how to get the people to talk to me because i have already made them tell me some things now none of them will talk.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Without joining an agency or the surveillance skill, once someone clams up on you, there is no way to get them to talk again, sorry.

If you find this happening a lot, try easier cases for a while, build up your skill points, and enhance your interview skills. You can compliment your interview skills with equipment. Most of the worthwhile items will come from doing favors for the townies.

Also, make sure you ask people the question that gives you other suspects before asking about their alibi. This way you can get more people to talk to if a few of them clam up on you.
