hey everyone...i was just wondering, is there anyway to improve faction standings for those factions that aren't really happy w/ you? i can't do them favours, so is the only way hoping for a case to be in their favor?

also...i hate it when the client turns out to be the murderer! i dont get my money...gahh. oh well.

If you want to switch which faction you are "in" with, stop doing little jobs for the faction you are currently in with. You may also want to quit cases that negatively affect the faction you are trying to switch to.

Faction standings will decrease (for positive standing) and increase (for negative standing) over time until they reach zero. So, if you want to improve a standing with a faction, first you need to stop doing jobs for their enemies. Then you have to wait until their standing reach zero. Find a case which will improve their standing with you. When your standing is in the positive, you can start doing jobs for them.

sorry to correct above post but they will NOT increase/decrease until they reach 0, if you are between -10 to +10 NOTHING will change unless you do little job or faction cases!!
Only if you are between -11 to -50 will it increase until it reaches -10 or if you are +11 to +50 it will decrease until you reach +10
if im wrong i apologise ;)

No, you are right. I just switched factions myself. One thing that I found to help was doing easier cases, the factions tend to show up more than harder level cases. It also helps if you are in an agency, then your teammates can help give you cases that improve the faction you want to acquire.
