HOW do you exclude people from hunts? Forbid them to do favors? If someone is in an agency, and their favor is next in hunt, it will automatically count.

I can't imagine telling people NOT to do a favor. Is there a strategy here that I've missed? Or is this about sharing the reward only with higher level members?

Seems a little selfish to me. Does your agency help you out in other ways like gear? If so, why then would you not feel okay about allowing the rpize to go back into the kitty. Do you help on on rent?

Everyone participates in hunts. I just dont understand the theory behind excluding someone...or better yet how. "Hi and welcome to the agency... please contribute to the safe and locker..but if you get a favor and we are doing a hunt, please refrain from completing the favor until we are done with our hunt because you are a newbie...thank you and once again welcome!" I would have a few choice words for the director of that agency. Isnt that why we recruit people??? To build our agency and improve our chances in hunts?
Also, i feel the money should go into the safe for paying rent, the clerk (he works so very hard) and for helping out teammates when they must go visit shady. As we all know, he is a pricey fellow.

I find it hard to comment on an agencies internal rules. After all, they are their rules, and do not affect the community.

I agree that internal policies are up to each agency, however I do like seeing an open discussion about it, if only so newbies can be better informed about the rules of an agency before they join. It can create such hard feelings in the community when a newbie doesn't know what questions to ask, and then feels they made a mistake after accepting a job offer and leaves.

As a newbie I would never have thought to ask if I was expected to contribute toward rent, how soon I would be promoted and allowed to use the locker, if I would be expected to drop certain favors, etc.
