I think I almost lost agency HQ because I got PMs warning me that the agency would be foreclosed on and dissolved for falling two days behind and that currently agency was day behind in paying rent. The only thing was safe had more than enough to pay rent for 5 days. I wasn't sure why so I fired clerk and eventually hired a new clerk and the problem has not happened since 1st clerk was fired. Are there clerks out in sleuth that are not honest or do not do the job as well as other clerks in the game????

it continues to happen and i personally think it may be better off at times if we don't even have a clerk. but then will we be responsible personally for paying rent?

the clerk just keeps track of who deposits money, withdraws money, deposits equipment, and withdraws equipment. it it useful to know who in your agency is contributing what. if you want to fire him...then do it. the rent isn't gonna change except you'll be spending 200 less because you don't have a clerk.

Moonshh there was money in safe and since it is suppossed to be removed auto I think to myself don't worry I should have learned by now but who wants to be on edge all the time.
CeeCee thanks I already sent more than one. I was on when it happened so all of a sudden no message notheing and no agency. Nobody to contact I sent PM to all Agents with all that I know which is NOTHING. HA-HA!! Love playing but haveing agency has put alot of wear and tear on me. I hope something happens to pick up my spirit.Thank you for the input. It would be nice if the clerk recorded all withdrawls including rent and tthe clerk but I guess it wouldn't matter I can't get access to agency that isn't there anymore I think I will go sit at track and wait for the races and drink all day!!
