hello!
i just solved an easy case; i got paid but got no skill points. why?!!

One case will not automatically mean skill points. The lower your level of total experience points and the higher the level of case and or cases completed give you skill points. That is the reason it becomes harder to gain them at higher total experience points.

I'm a bit puzzled with the awarded SPs. Yesterday I solved a really hard case and got 0 SP and immediately after that, I solved a hard one and got 1 SP. Is there some kind of formula for SP awards?

I think it's related to your exp. - so that even if you did complete a really hard case, you may not have reached the amount of exp. needed to trigger a skill point, but completing the following hard case did :)
