I have a few qns.. are there always witness evidence AND physical evidence that point to the culprit for every crime or could there be only one of it(i.e. either witness or physical evidence)? Also, does the cost of skill pts to learn a skill at faction bosses drop as they like u more?

Yes there is always WE and PE (assuming you have the skills to find them)
There are 3 ways of ensuring guilt:
PE+ fake or "none of your business alibi
WE+ fake or "none of your business alibi
2 WE
I've heard loads of stories of people claiming one of these methods haven't worked on a case but when Ben looks into them always human error as to the existance of 1 of the above!!! (if not clear about what i hav said post again here or PM me ;))


The cost to learn the special skill of a faction remains the same as far as i'm aware

Not unless you have two WE (and then you don't need PE). There will be two witnesses who point to the guilty person and one who points to an innocent person. And every piece of evidence points to one of the suspects, but only one points to the guilty one. So it is possible to have PE and one WE and have the person still be innocent. Alibi is the most important thing.
