i check the message boards and the latest post is about 10 minutes later than the clock at city hall, i'm just wondering if it's just me

I've been noticing it too. The server clock must've gotten messed up somehow, it used to be 64 minutes from my clocks, now it's 74 minutes. That explains the ten minutes being there, but as for why the clock jumped ten minutes - my only guess is a bug in a program that automatically reset the clock for daylight savings time.
