I feel kinda ridiculous posting here considering how long I've been playing, but I was wondering about favors - if we have one in New York waiting in will cases solved in London give us another one waiting there? (The question is actually for each city, I just picked examples so I wouldn't sound like a math teacher with something like "city a".)
