I like the words better. Maybe I'll add more levels of description though, so that you have a better idea where you're at with each group.

Oh no no no! We like the numbers better! Really!

Unless the words say things such as, say...."Thirty-eight."

Yes, I vote for that! ANd how will you be able to know if you can still get to the good side of an agency? if youre like -10?

Fine, fine. The numbers are back. Personally, I think it would have been one of those things that was better had the numbers never been visible, but now that you're used to it, I suppose we can't get rid of them.

Thanx, for bringing the numbers back, Ben. Although, not knowing where you stand did add an elements of mystery, surprise, and suspense. It's a little hard to keep track, without them.

Thanks! I nearly died when I saw the numbers were gone, I thought "First the NHL, now this!"
Just to let you know, I see this from a director's point of view, and this is why we wanted the numbers back: If an agent leaves unexpectedly and their old agency is stuck without anyone with in good standing with one faction, they kind of need to know who can get in with that faction quickest. Assume two agents in that agency are rated poor with the faction needed. The catch is that one is at -1 and the other is at -9. No one in the agency has been keeping track of what the numbers should be. Both agents are rated as poor, but unless they have real good memories, and good math skills, without the numbers it's kind of impossible to tell which one can change to the needed faction faster.
