Once you have three false accusations and lose, you should be able to use the same name as before. Since im not very good at this game, im running through quite a few names, and its getting hard to remember who i am. :(
Combined I have completed over 500 cases and Have yet to false using those methods.
I guess it is up to you and what you are comfortable with.
Different strokes for different folks I guess. :)
