Hi all, I'm a returning player from a while ago; I made this second account to change my user and a few stats, though I am subscribed on my older one.
I have been having an issue whilst playing scripted mysteries on *both* accounts: whenever I try to ask for help analysing anything, e.g. a handwriting or thread sample, I am kicked out to the login screen. I also do not receive the results upon re-logging in, though my case progress remains intact. This makes solving them – especially the difficult ones – sometimes virtually impossible.
Is anyone else experiencing this/is this a known glitch? I have trawled through some FAQs but haven't found an answer, so forgive me if this has been resolved. Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, apparently it's been a glitch for a while. Evidence analysis only works with your contacts, otherwise it logs you off for some reason. You can still solve the cases without those pieces of evidence, though!
