Hi, i have accepted the Offer of finding a nemesis and I was wondering if the urchin showed Up automatically or whether i needed to do something else.

It shows up randomly during any case that is incredibly high level or higher.

The urchin will show up randomly only in AI cases.

Can I do AI cases from someone else and still get the urchin? Or will it only be triggered on cases that I start?

If you do someone else's AI cases, you will not get an Urchin case, they have to be your own cases.
