Help - Can I Retrieve Armoire?

I was trying to upgrade the Armoire in my apartment to the 'grand' variety. I thought that the items inside would be automatically transferred to the new model after the sale - similar to contents of agency locker being transferred when an agency moves or upgrades. It seems I was wrong and I have lost everything inside.
I wouldn't mind so much if it weren't that one of the items was the enhanced hat from my nemesis hunt.
Has this happened to anyone else? If so, were admins able to help? I should probably message them directly but I hope someone here might have some advice or feedback.

You need to remove the items from your armoire or any other piece of furniture in the apartment before selling. You sold not only the armoire, but the gear as well. The admins will probably be willing to return the nemesis hunt item to you though (read Secret_Squirrel :D).
Once in the past I sold one of my nemesis items by mistake and got it back.

SS - no I would never imagine that you'd replace *all* the items. But I am very grateful for the return of my glowing purple hat. When I log out later today I will depart hatless in order to have the item returned. Thank you also for the PM.
