There will be 4 activities this week. All events start on Thursday, August 25, at 12:00 AM, SST. Good luck. ;-)

1. Sleuthetania Scavenger Hunt - All team members will board the Sleuthetania and hunt for a list of items that will be provided to them on the Sleuth Talk boards Thursday morning. As with the other hunts, once a team member has found the first item on the list, stored the item to the Agency locker, and sent a screenshot or copy/paste of the reward page to Riza, team members may proceed to look for the next item on the list. The team with the most items found gets 10 points. Team with the second highest amount found gets 7. Third gets 5. Fourth gets 3. PLEASE REMEMBER: Once you are on the boat, you CANNOT access your Agency, so clean out your locker before you board the ship. Riza will be expecting a screenshot of each team's locker before Thursday.

All teams may do a MAXIMUM of *TWO* trips on the Sleuthetania. You have until Wednesday, August 31, 11:59 PM, SST, to complete this activity.

2. Journal Pages Hunt - While on the boat, all members will do a hunt for Journal Pages. We have recorded each person's current collected Journal Pages. On Thursday, September 1, around 12:00 AM, SST, we will again compile a list of everyone's collected Journal Pages. All participating players get 3 points (this means you have to collect at least ONE Journal Page to get the participation points). The player with the most Journal Pages collected gets 10 points. Player with the second most Pages collected gets 7 points. Player with the third most Pages collected gets 5 points. Player with the fourth most collected Pages gets 3 points. And yes, there can be more than one point winner on the same team.

3. Introduction Creation Contest - Each team will create and submit TWO intros. One MUST be set on the Sleuthetania, and have a nautical theme. The second MUST have an Olympic theme of some kind. Spelling and grammar will be taken into account.

All intros MUST be a minimum of 1000 characters and a maximum of 3000 characters long. All introductions MUST be submitted both on the Fourth Week's Activities post AND in the Create Sleuth Content tab in the Writer's Workshop area of City Hall. Please use tags on the intros you submit to the Create Sleuth Content area (for those that don't know how to do tags, please PM Riza or Squirrel; they'll be happy to give you a quick lesson about their use). Judges' panel will determine placements. Each team gets 3 points participation for each entry. First place gets 10 points. Second gets 7. Third gets 5. Fourth gets 3.

4. MVP/MVA Voting " Each team member will please send a PM to the detective ''The Olympics Fan'' with your votes for the following:

1. Please vote for ONE team member that you think is the Most Valuable Olympian on YOUR team.

2. Please vote for ONE player on ANOTHER team that you think qualifies as a Most Valuable Olympian. It can be for any reason, and you do not need to list it.

3. Please vote for ONE person NOT CONNECTED with a team. This could be a Judge, an Organizer, a Fan, Someone who has helped your team, it doesn't matter, as long as they ARE NOT part of any of the teams.

NOTE: This is not meant to be a popularity contest, merely a recognition of talent and effort given to those who the various people involved with this year's contest think deserves it. So if you think somebody deserves to be acknowledged, PLEASE, do so now. Votes will be tabulated, and results will be posted on Thursday, September 1.

PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR VOTES ON THE BOARDS. Again, please send a PM to ''The Olympics Fan.'' Thank you. You have until Wednesday, August 31, 11:59 PM, SST to send your votes.

Again, please remember, once you board the boat, you CANNOT access your Agency (don't bother PMing us, we can't help you with that one). So make VERY sure you have everything taken care of that you need to before you board. Please also make sure that you have a way to contact the members of your group. We cannot help you with that.

You can always vote. It will just not count. Like you have no citizenship.

Just to be clear, we have to finish our hunts, go clean out the locker (what about the Olympics stuff we wanted to keep for ourselves?), screenshot it, and be back in Shanghai and on the boat by rollover?

So essentially we're all hunting one member down at the final stretch?

So we just clear out all IH favor items that aren't part of someone's usual great or needed for a faction?

BTW, this especially sucks for any teams who traveled to Shanghai early and now have to go back to their home city.

I think some logistics were forgotten during scheduling. :/

Correction from two posts up:

So we just clear out all IH favor items that aren't part of someone's usual GEAR or needed for a faction?

Sorry for any confusion.

Autumn, never use "boat" and "roll over" in the same sentence.

Good point Sophie. Everyone, hearken! Henceforth ye are to consider it changed from rollover to change over!
