No, you don't need neither. One you've worked round the double negative and parsed your implicitly but not explicitly exclusive 'or' you'll see my answer makes perfect sense.

Seriously. Logically you can "go to the bathroom" and not "go to the toilet" you can also "go to the toilet" and not "got to the bathroom" so I think you need to buy both if you want to clean both the room and the toilet...which leads up back to the aim thing again. Hmmm. circular logic.

Bathroom cleaner.

When I need to launder moneys I do so in my tub, as the washer tends to mangle the bills. Same problem I have with kids and pets - so the tub is just the way to go when I want to get dirty things clean. Since it's important for the place where I clean things to be clean itself I use a general purpose bathroom cleaner. It works passibly well on the toliet too. However, a dedicated toilet cleaner is too caustic for the tub (and moneys, and pets, and kids).

Toilet Cleaner - Rumor has it, though, that some people like to make a special "punch bowl" in their toilets and that it adds a certain kick to the drink - not sure if we can confirm this, but it's mostly heard from around prisons.

Hmm looks like both has its merits. I say flip a coin
Heads- bathroom cleaner
Tails- toilet cleaner
