See if there is interest for this.

1. Each day I will post 10 questions, at random times of the day.
2. Each Quiz runs exactly 24 hours.
3. The first person that has all 10 questions right, wins. Or if no one has all questions right, the best one wins.
4. You can only post answers ONCE for the same quiz.
5. No cash involved. Just glory. :)

This morning I hoped for a new quiz from Squirrel's pen, but I was sadly dissappointed. It seems that he hasn't done his little dance yet, but what about Paranoid Android? Should he be punished for his alter ego's mistake?
As all of us in Sleuthville are good at rule bending, I propose that Android makes the new quiz, and quick. Any objections?

2. What's the name of the set of Russian Dolls that are nested one inside the other?
3. The Hobbit: Bilbo asks Gollum, "What do I have in my pocket?" What 'does' Bilbo have?
4. Batman: What's the Riddler's real name?
5. What was the name of the WWII code machine, more notably used by Germany?
6. Who wrote the Brother Cadfael series set in Shrewsbury England around the time of the war between Stephen and Maud?
7. Who wrote the Perry Mason detective/lawyer mystery series?
8. What's the symbolic knot used in Tibetan budhism called?
9. Name the colours on a Rubik's cube?
10. Finally, who said it: "... a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma..."

Bonus: It's said that if you solve an intractable problem with a bold stroke you're said to 'cut the Gordian knot'.

So, who originally cut the Gordian knot with a bold stroke, to coin the phrase?
