The country is in Europe and is NOT landlocked. No idea if the city is but I will get back to you. Have fun. L

Is it in Western, Eastern, Southern or Northern Europe? Is the country situated on the Mediterranean, or some other sea (or ocean)?

The country is in Northern Europe. I've always learned that it is on the North Sea but I'll have to check that. Tally ho! L

If the country is on the North Sea, then it should be one of these: Great Britain, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands or Belgium. Is it?
