Me? I'm just happy that after two days' worth of 'south of the race track' I've finally got out of Shanghai :)

To pick up on an old thread (well this board isn't really fast anyway).

I don't know if you know, BadAss, but you can kind of stop people from dying on you if you open a tab in your browser for each suspect, and leave those open. That, way, you can keep questioning them and they will keep answering, works for hiding too.

I think the game does a RNG roll upon clicking on a name in the map interface, so as long as you don't "click again" on the name, you're safe from surprises. Please do note you can't resurrect people this way (I never tried it but as far as I tried, the game is impervious to tampering).

I think it would technically also work if you copy a suspect's URL and append an action to it (e.g.: motive.spy?id= XXXXX) before clicking on the suspect's name on the map. But where is the fun in that.

Should your conscience tell you this is wrong, I'd like to note that this actually speeds up gameplay too, you can just swap between characters using CTRL TAB. I'd also suggest installing the Snap Links Firefox addon, as it lets you select and open multiple links with one "dragging" mouse motion. If you do, please configure the extension in such a way that it does not overload the server, as doing something like this - on a bigger scale - essentially constitutes a DDoS attack.

While villain hunting the spyglass lady never shows up as a twist. Yet some cases will get you higher or lower standings with factions. Always wondered why that is.

Why did I have to play 5 regular cases before I got the favor case? Really messed up my plan.

How was my sleuth day? Frustrating. I need bribe cases for a nemesis task and normally have several of these each day. Over the past few days though - hardly anything. The same goes for my alt and team mate, so not much help there. In almost every favour case I used to be offered a bribe - not a hope now. I can only hope that the Power Of Posting will help.

Lol I need bribe cases for two of my detectives as well and not showing either. The fact that Sleuth runs so damn slow now isn't exactly helping.
