Have you just had your best day of Sleuthing ever? Solved your first AI case? Got your last contact? Picked up your first treasure? Found a spoon? Finally got into the Prince's Palace?*

This is the place to share the joy, have a 'woot' or two and be congratulated by your fellow Sleuths.

Or maybe you've just had to pay Shady enough cash to finance a small war. Or reached screaming point with the tailor in Delhi. Or been pirated twice in a row. Or fallen into a trap three times running. You can share the woe, too, and we'll commiserate. We've probably been there too.

Me? I'm just happy that after two days' worth of 'south of the race track' I've finally got out of Shanghai :)

(* If you don't get the references, never mind. You could ask someone. Or you could just wait and see what the world of Sleuth brings you further down the line...)

Nice! A belated welcome back as well! I haven't heard of Ranier but I was active in the recent past, so that explains it. Nice avatar, by the way!

I was contemplating totally starting from scratch, and even did the first day all with no fancy equipment, but I logged onto my old account (Sumia) and couldn't help giving Marlene a jump start, especially since I had The Raven hat. :'D Woops. Most excited for the USS Sleuthetania as I hadn't really explored it last time either.

The boost is definitely nice, lol. I couldn't remember the password for my old detective so I had no choice, and then I found it four months later after i had already started from scratch, D'OH!! But my new det has a pet, and I actually like how I've built her up even better! The only crappy part is those couple week when you first start to do AI cases, but you don't have enough skills and experience to solve on your own - so you're totally dependant on your agency for help. As soon as you make it over that little bump, it's pretty smooth!

I hadn't done Sleuthetania either, so that was neat to check out and get my contacts. Good luck in your explorations there. Be warned though, an excessive amount of people are murdered on that boat, compared to the city. Not sure how the boat turns around so quickly with all the bodies they have to clean up! And the captain is a little mad...

Except I don't have other detectives to help me out in an agency (which is okay because Marlene's a loner, at least now ;)). Even with the wearable boost today, really hard cases are too difficult for me. Ah well, I'm in no rush. :)

Got the butcher as a contact, shockingly fast, wasn't expecting it. Was aiming for something more in line with Marlene's work like Music Teacher. Butcher sounds pretty grim, but there we go. :'D

Despite the fact that I meticulously fed my parrot every day and groomed him as well, he fell sick all in a sudden. Some may say this touch of "realism" adds to immersion but it's a pricey immersion effect of about a $100k. Unless you keep playing furores of course and this is what it's all about. Yeah, c'mon just play the furores dude.

Brutal!
A case of the bird flu. :(
Almost makes me glad I have no pet. That would be annoying.

"Dr. Feelgood's life with BadAss was one of sickness. Dr. Feelgood was not well at all."

lmao
Sorry, I'm trying hard not to laugh, but I can't.

LOL!! According to GnR, Dr Feelgood makes everyone feel better... but they never told his personal story other than that. Now we see that even he had a vulnerable side........
