Have you just had your best day of Sleuthing ever? Solved your first AI case? Got your last contact? Picked up your first treasure? Found a spoon? Finally got into the Prince's Palace?*

This is the place to share the joy, have a 'woot' or two and be congratulated by your fellow Sleuths.

Or maybe you've just had to pay Shady enough cash to finance a small war. Or reached screaming point with the tailor in Delhi. Or been pirated twice in a row. Or fallen into a trap three times running. You can share the woe, too, and we'll commiserate. We've probably been there too.

Me? I'm just happy that after two days' worth of 'south of the race track' I've finally got out of Shanghai :)

(* If you don't get the references, never mind. You could ask someone. Or you could just wait and see what the world of Sleuth brings you further down the line...)

What a morally corrupt bunch of denizens there in Cairo. They need bribes at every turn.

Had to quit a case but resisted the urge to guess on a case - I consider that a victory of principle. I had three suspects left after evidence was done. The first I eliminated 3/4 pieces of evidence and all but two witness testimonies. The second I eliminated only 2 pieces of evidence and only 1 “knows nothing” witness testimony. The third was finally ruled out by 10/11 witnesses. Seems a slam dunk to guess the second, right? I mean what are the odds that the ONE piece of physical evidence left and BOTH clammed witness statements all point to the first suspect? Especially since I hadn’t been able to check anything against #2?

Pretty good it turns out.

Just finished a very interesting case. It had Ben, Clark Gable and Secret Squirrel as potential killers. Usually each of them are top candidates for being the culprit. Secret Squirrel came out as the winner. Congrats bro.

Two Nemmy clues in a day sounds like a pretty good day for me.

The game was hellbent on keeping me an extra day in Delhi. It threw everything at me. Clam ups, townies wanting bribes, multiple suspects referring to PE townies for alibis, unidentified pieces of evidence ... you name it. Yet I managed to solve 10 out of 12 cases. Only to be rewarded with repeat clues.

Well, very fruitful trip to Shanghai for me, from which I returned today. Got both my contacts, made friends with a sweet little dog (okay, not little, but still...) who gave me a lovely gift, and did pretty darn good at the racetrack - I'm up $65,000 overall. Alas, I'm back in London for a little while to recharge, then off to Delhi!

I wish Shanghai was as nice to me! I'm stuck there trying to do a favour for the tea merchant, and it feels like I'll never leave...
