Agency Update

We've made a few changes to agencies tonight. These are ideas that have been floating around for awhile, but I hope they're worth the wait.
1) BROADCAST SLEUTH MAIL TO ALL AGENTS
There is a new tool available in the agency HQ (and in other cities' field offices) to send a Sleuth Mail message to everybody in your agency. This is a feature that I included in Shades of Mystery since launch but hadn't been available in Noir until now.
2) DEMOTING / BOOTING DELINQUENT DIRECTORS
Agency Directors can now boot or demote another director provided they have not logged in for at least 30 days.
3) MORE LENIENT EVICTION / LOCK OUT POLICY FOR AGENCY RENT
As of now, if your agency falls 2 days behind on rent, it will no longer be completely obliterated.
Instead, you will be locked out of your headquarters until a penalty equal to 5 days' rent is paid.
Hopefully this makes it a little bit easier for everybody to maintain and manage healthy and active agencies going forward.
Happy Sleuthing!

Like the options, but the only one I personally dislike a bit is number 2 - that a director can demote another director.... The one month arrangement is a plusside, but what if a person is on vacation or has an illness and hadn't had any time to inform his agency that he was going to be away longer?
That may just be me... But the rest of the points, are well done

Wonderful, Ben! Thanks for these changes.
Vulkie, if a person is going to be away on vacation for a month, I'd think they'd let their agency know. It's not like most people can do a month-long 'suprise' vacation. Illness, on the other hand... if a Director is very active and suddenly disappears, I'd think Co-Directors would realise something is wrong.
And it's just the ability to do it after a month. Hopefully, when a Director is unsure of what's going on with their partner, they'll wait a bit longer to boot, or just demote. It's not like the returning player can't be reinstated and bumped back up to Director.

Gotta agree on that Anikka, but it's just how I feel bout it. I can see the plusside and the downside of it, but it's already appreciated that there is now an option for it :D

These are some great changes! I'm glad to see some suggestions from the HLI thread and others have made it into the mix.

Wait..... whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat??? Does this mean we can get old agencies back that were obliterated prior to this change? Or do they stay in oblivion forever? :(

Sadly nicnic, they are still only wisps of smoke in our old Sleuth memories. It does mean that if you set up a new agency and happen to wander off for a bit again, you won't lose all your stuff and boards though. Which is a pretty big improvement.

*sniffles* I got excited for a minute. At least I know I won't lose this one now. I love the update and think it's much needed!
