Are the sword cane,fez,and fancy leather coat just for the guys,or can women players buy them too?

Is it possible for any player to buy apartments and real estate,or are they only for subscribed players?

Right now,my stats are on tough and charming. Is it possible to be smart and charming?

Is it possible to have all three stats? tough smart charming

Any gender can buy and wear any of the items in the game.
Males tend to choose the guy things though.
Only subbed people may buy apartments.
It is possible to be smart and charming, but it's chosen by character creation, and cant be changed later on.
Noone can have 3 stats. Max 2 is possible.

I have another question.

Is it possible for me to have all the skills available ingame? I meall all the "smart" skills,all the "tough" skills,and all the "charming" skills.

The short answer is yes. The long answer is that you will eventually be able to have the same number of skills as any other player. Somewhere down the line you're going to have to make a choice between two particular skills, but that's something you'll encounter much further down the road as a subscribed player.
