Harumph... cryptic clues just confused me more than they helped.

I looked for secret #1 in every corner of sleuthville - I even had the symbols in the corner of the shanghai map translated to see if that was a clue (it isn't). There are TONS of potential leads scattered through the game, and not a single one has a damned thing to do with secret #1. I was feeling like a complete failure and actually considering shoving the hunt for #1 back behind all my other sleuth priorities when *BAM* I stumbled across the first obvious clue.

Even with that clue, Secret #1 doesn't come easily to everyone. I wound up taking little Buddhist meditation breaks every little bit to help keep me from throwing my laptop out the window. It helped, but it was sloooooow going until inspiration struck. The rest, as they say...

Ctown, would that be Western Cape CTown? where the lazy oceans choose to meet each other, and the CapeTownians choose to meet each other at own speed, and share their stories...

Actaully, after finding that elusive secret after a few years, I looked all ovr th place for hte subtle little hints that Ben has mentioned and I was only able to find one. Granted there is no way on Earth that what I took as a clue, anyone could use to make heads or tails out of what we needed to do.
