Why is it possible to bribe the holy man in Delhi? Is he actually wholly man and wholly corrupt? And why is there only one book in the whole of the London library? Why don't the Hall of Records have any real records other than yesterday's newspaper and where did they find out that the brothel served clients with "unusual" preferences? This is where to express questions about why, why, WHY??

The Holy Man uses the money to support his spiritual healing mission in poorer regions of India.

The London library has many more books but people keep checking them out and going to foreign cities thousands of miles away to read them.

The Hall of Records has lots of stuff but being a sleazy P.I. you're only interested in hard drinking, fornication, and petty theft.
