Does anyone know how the level of favour cases is determined? Does it go up faster if you are completing more difficult cases? Based on skill or experience points? Age of detective??

I wonder if this is really so? I vaguely think I know of someone who kept refusing favors in order to court a specific contact and who therefore also kept easier level favors than incredibly hard, even past 100,000 experience?

All I can tell you is that I was watching, because I didn't want them going up. At 10,000 it upped, and just yesterday at 15,000 it upped. Haven't passed up many favors though.

it's based on the number of favours you've succesfully completed

Yes, it does look that way. My apologies for my misinformation. I learn something new everyday! :)
