"During the premiére performance of a Chinese opera at the Grand Theatre, the prima donna is killed in a tragic stage accident… or was it a 'staged' accident!"
*drumroll* If you venture over to Shanghai you will find a new SM by Joseph Zeo.
I recommend this to you all as worth a play.
[Ben'll shift this post to Game Announcements later]
Thanks Vulkie for pointing out the typos. I am sure Squirrel is busy tizzying those up if not already. He sure is a wonderful and hardworking little rodent (^^)
Thank you Rosamund for your encouragement :) Turtledove, i just hope the FM lives up to its buzz. Hope you'll enjoy it when you get around to Shanghai :)
Thanks Keira. I am glad it kept you guessing.
My internet was down for 3 days so I couldn't sleuth (while i'm on holiday at my in-laws), and guess what... I finished writing my 3rd SM! I know I couldn't have done it if the internet was healthy. (which really got me thinking: is being online at all times healthy for our productivity?...hmmm)
Anyhow, i still need to revise it (it's the longest i've written) and put it through the online editor. Then comes the real editing and testing, etc etc. So, it's won't be out for another... few months? but I'm just glad i finally got it out of my system. The story had been in my head for half a year and I'm glad it's now on paper (so that my brain can start creating the next one, hee hee)
If you think Of Phoenix & Concubines was complicated, wait until you see this one... It's very different from the first 2; more Michael Bagen styled, except the clues and fake clues are flying everywhere, until my own head was pounding. Ooops, it's beginning to sound like a commercial, and i'm not good with ads. I shall stop now :P
