Now mah cousin Billy-Rae says he's only had bad luck twice in his life, his first wife left him, and his second wife didn't...

But mah cousin' Irving, thrice removed, had one of them similar experiences to yours.

Ol' Irving he woke up one morning slapped on his straw hat and the brim clean went over his head an' settled on his neck; went to the front door and the door knob came off in his hand; picked up his pitchfork and the head dropped off; got up on his tractor and pulled on the gear stick and it just done broke in half. By the end of the day that boy was so dang scared he had to get his wife to open his fly!
