If an agency member retires, are they automatically kicked out of their agency?

yes, once the 3rd FA is gotten that member will automatically be removed

For those who have missed that demonstration, it happened to me a while back when I was in Eye Spy! Hopefully it wont happen to me here, because then then my agency mates will change the locks and keep me out! ;-)
