If you talk to any member of the 'town' and they say a suspect knows nothing about the murder, is that suspect automatically considered innocent? Or can they still be guilty?
They can still be guilty. They just supposedly have no Witness Evidence to give you. Whether or not these guys are 100% accurate is up for debate around here.
