I also suspect it will be the latter end of October. It's already October where I am and it's not available, shame. It would be great to have the advantage of being further over to the right in the world and get a head start on you USA people, but somehow I don't think I ever will! I'll just have to wait until half way through the day when you lot wake up!!!
