I have eliminated through Auto Sleuth Helper all suspects but 1. This suspect has 1 WE and 1 PE.
So are they guilty?
I'm not seeing that red bar I think because their alibi hasn't been verified.

If you know that 3/4 pieces of evidence belong to suspects with real alibis and you know who the outstanding piece belongs too, it's not risky to accuse them.
They did it.

Process of Elimination is a great way to solve cases but it does require accurate information and accurate note taking.

Lady Emerald is 100% right. This is not a short cut or quick way to solving, it takes a lot of attention to your cases and a trusty notebook. And if in doubt stick to the no guessing rule or Sluething.
