I have eliminated through Auto Sleuth Helper all suspects but 1. This suspect has 1 WE and 1 PE.
So are they guilty?
I'm not seeing that red bar I think because their alibi hasn't been verified.

I was right!
Stooby taught me that if you can account for the other 3 pieces (in a 4 pieces of PE case) and all of those suspects are cleared, it is almost always safe that the 4th person did it.

Erm guys please be a little warry... I gave this advice only as a "Only if you ever want to run the risk yourself". It's risky. I always say never accuse unless you defiently have a peice of either/both PE and WE against someone with a flase or "None" alibi.

But see the other threads on "deduction" at http://noir.playsleuth.com/map/cityhall/post.spy?id=23428
Unless you have WE and PE and a flase/none alibi it is always considered a guess.

You've been warned, only under very exact circumstances (you know you have all the evidence, all the suspects etc.) will this work and unless you have good back up I'd always stick to the "no guessing" rule. But see the other thread for better explanations.

If you know that 3/4 pieces of evidence belong to suspects with real alibis and you know who the outstanding piece belongs too, it's not risky to accuse them.
They did it.

Process of Elimination is a great way to solve cases but it does require accurate information and accurate note taking.

Lady Emerald is 100% right. This is not a short cut or quick way to solving, it takes a lot of attention to your cases and a trusty notebook. And if in doubt stick to the no guessing rule or Sluething.
