I would like to know how to unlock a new theme...what is the procedure for it...anyone can PM me if they don't want to place the info here...

There are a couple of themes that are accessed differently, and are not attached to a faction.

Themes from factions are always $2,000. The price doesn't change no matter how much they like you.

Sorry, forgive me if I'm obscure here. I'm trying to ask a question without spoiling too much. My question is about the two secret themes. I have one of them, the one everyone else seems to have. And I know that this one is open only to a certain group of players.
My question: is the other secret theme open only to the other half? i.e. am I excluded from the other theme the way the other half is excluded from the theme that I have?
Hope I'm not spoiling too much, and if anyone has the answer, please PM me.

I asked this a little while ago Cow Ward and the response then was nope... one remained to be discovered by anyone yet...
